- Gain weight at the end of the cycle;
- Reduce the cost of chicken production and follow the conversion index;
- Compare with other products already in place.
Protocol:
- Control group1: 9,700 chickens led with 100% preventive antibiotics.
- MixOil2 group: 99 chickens driven with Mix Oil powder: 200 g / Ton of feed.

The conversion index is the major indicator of performance. It’s the relationship between the amount of food distributed and the weight gain of the chicken. It gives an idea of food efficiency. It is a number without units, the lower it is, the more mass gain is important with less consumption.
To get an idea of a stallion, a standard industrial chicken raised in confinement and from a fast-growing strain will have an index between 1.5 and 1.9.
The consumption index is a major element in the cost price of a kilogram of poultry meat. In this trial, the farmer:
- Decreased its consumption index by 0.2 point.
- No mortality.
- + 20% by weight per chicken (470 g) with a firmer flesh and less fat.
- Savings on the labor force which passes the vaccines.
- Possibility to value your chicken on an organic circuit.
